Welcome to DreamDump™, operated by Magnolia Labs Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). DreamDump™ is a mobile application that provides AI-powered dream journaling and analysis. By using DreamDump™ ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DreamDump is a wellness and self-reflection tool that allows you to journal your dreams, receive AI-generated interpretations, explore recurring symbols and themes, receive weekly dream card readings, track dream patterns, and chat with Drift, an AI dream companion.
Important: DreamDump is not a substitute for professional advice or care of any kind. AI-generated dream interpretations are for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. They should not be relied upon for important life decisions. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DreamDump. This age requirement applies globally, regardless of your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We may require age verification or date-of-birth confirmation at account creation. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

Free feature limits and availability may change over time as we update the App.
All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("App Store"). DreamDump does not directly process payments or store payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your App Store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If offered, a free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
We may change subscription prices at our discretion. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
To cancel your subscription, go to your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. For details on refunds, please refer to your App Store's refund policy.

Drift Chatbot Disclaimer: Drift is a fictional AI character designed for entertainment and self-reflection. Conversations with Drift are simulated and not intended to provide emotional support, professional advice, or crisis intervention of any kind. Do not rely on Drift for decisions affecting your health, safety, or well-being.
Dream Card and Archetype Disclaimer: Weekly dream cards, symbol readings, theme readings, and dream archetype results are AI-generated creative content inspired by your dream patterns. They are not predictive, divinatory, or spiritually authoritative. These features use symbolic and metaphorical language for self-reflection purposes only and should not be interpreted as fortune-telling, spiritual guidance, or factual predictions about your life.
Emotional Attachment Notice: Drift is designed to be warm and supportive in tone, but this is a design choice, not evidence of sentience, feelings, or a relationship. Drift does not form relationships with users, does not remember you between sessions, and does not have feelings about you or your dreams. If you find yourself relying on Drift as your primary or sole source of emotional support, we strongly encourage you to also connect with a real person — a friend, family member, or mental health professional. Interactions with Drift should not be treated as a substitute for human relationships.
DreamDump may display wellness resources when certain content patterns are detected in your dream entries. This feature is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed to detect all distressing content. These resources do not constitute professional advice or crisis intervention.
We do not monitor or respond to individual crisis messages in real time. DreamDump is not a crisis intervention service. DreamDump has no obligation to monitor, review, evaluate, or screen user content for accuracy, legality, safety, or risk. We do not undertake any duty to supervise, assess, or intervene in user-generated content except as strictly necessary to operate the App's technical functionality. Drift does not provide crisis support. Conversations with Drift are limited to dream exploration and self-reflection. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area immediately.
Automated Detection Notice: Any detection of potentially distressing content is performed through automated systems and pattern matching. This detection may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to identify certain content. DreamDump does not manually monitor, review, or evaluate individual user content for risk or safety concerns.
Limitations of Safety Systems: DreamDump's automated safety systems are designed to detect certain patterns in dream content and display relevant crisis resources. These systems: (a) do not constitute real-time human monitoring of your content; (b) cannot contact emergency services on your behalf; (c) may fail to detect distressing content, especially when expressed through metaphor, euphemism, or coded language; and (d) do not replace professional crisis intervention services. DreamDump includes periodic reminders that you are interacting with AI, and features designed to encourage healthy usage patterns.
You retain all rights to the dream content you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership of your dreams, journal entries, or any other content you create.
By using the App, you grant DreamDump a limited, non-exclusive license to process your dream content solely for the purpose of providing AI analysis and App features. This processing occurs on-device and through our secure backend to the Google Gemini API as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your dream content to train our own AI models. Google's handling of data sent to the Gemini API is governed by their terms. This license terminates upon deletion of your account, except as required to comply with legal obligations.
You agree not to submit content that:
You also agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or interfere with its normal operation.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the App for users who violate these guidelines.
The App, including its design, code, branding, Drift™ mascot, user interface, and all associated materials, is the property of Magnolia Labs Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. DreamDump™ and Drift™ are trademarks of Magnolia Labs Limited. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DreamDump is not responsible for emotional, psychological, or physical outcomes resulting from your interpretation or use of AI-generated content, except where such outcomes result directly from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We do not guarantee that the App will improve your mental health, emotional well-being, or quality of life. You acknowledge that AI-generated dream interpretations are not professional advice and that you use the App at your own risk. Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold DreamDump harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, content you submit or generate through the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account in the App. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all locally stored data, including dreams, conversations, patterns, and preferences. This action cannot be undone.
Dream content and conversations are stored locally on your device. DreamDump does not maintain a centralized backup of your dream journal. We are not responsible for loss of locally stored content resulting from device malfunction, operating system issues, user deletion, App deletion, hardware failure, or other technical events beyond our control. You are responsible for maintaining your own device backups if desired.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the App in a manner that could harm other users or our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact us at magnolia.labs.ai@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Hong Kong SAR.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against DreamDump.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide you with additional rights, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, those rights remain unaffected by this arbitration clause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. For matters not subject to arbitration, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply, those laws may override certain provisions of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights to which you are entitled under applicable law.
DreamDump shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party vendor outages (including Google), cyberattacks, or pandemics.
Certain features of the App depend on third-party AI services, which may change, be discontinued, or become unavailable at any time without notice. DreamDump is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party AI services, including changes to their models, policies, or terms of service.
DreamDump does not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users. AI-generated dream interpretations are informational and symbolic only and do not constitute decisions affecting your legal rights, financial status, or access to services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DreamDump regarding your use of the App.
